Intuit requested a research team to evaluate and audit the customer journey through data recorded numbers and interviews with Quickbooks customers. We developed a 3.5' x 13.24' infographic
map that the Risk Management Team could then use to review and improve where necessary.
Using variations of the Intuit brand guide paired with iconography, I developed a "solar system" layout to organize the data, flow charts. I then took highlights from the customer interviews
and created modules as a quick refrence for the flow chart journey.
I worked in a team that allowed me to be apart of the process from listening in on the interviews
with customers and employees through to seeing how the Risk Management team used the
map to change their process.
